About Us

The Residence was originally built in 1905 for the Headmaster of the local primary school. We have recently extended the house and are now able to offer luxury double and twin rooms with en-suite, and one single room.

Whether you are attending a Function or Business Meeting in the area or you need accomodation convenient to Aldergrove, Belfast Intl Airport, we are perfectly situated.

Secure Airport Parking and free shuttle only 100m away. This can be arranged at time of booking.

General Information:

• We serve a traditional English breakfast using only local produce.
• The Residence is a non-smoking house.
• A trouser press / iron is available upon request.
• All rooms have colour television and tea / coffee making facilities.
• Secure off-road parking.
• Breakfast is served Mon - Fri between 7am and 8.30am. ( Sat & Sun 8am - 9am).
• Rooms must be vacated by 10am.
• There are several local resaurants nearby.
